RadNet posts good Q1 numbers

Improved procedural volume at its imaging centers and new acquisitions powered RadNet of Los Angeles to a double-digit gain in revenue in the first quarter (end-March 31).

RadNet reported revenue of $128 million, a 12% gain compared to $113.9 million in the first quarter of 2008.

RadNet also reduced its net loss in the first quarter to $822,000, compared with a net loss of $5.4 million in the same quarter a year ago.
