Thirteen private practice radiology groups across the U.S. have formed a consortium called Strategic Radiology.
Strategic Radiology plans to share data and clinical practice information among its members, as well as consolidate certain practice expenses. The consortium will expand access to radiology subspecialization within member groups and establish measurable standards for clinical quality, it said.
Strategic Radiology represents more than 750 physicians and includes:

- Advanced Radiology Services (Grand Rapids, MI)
- Austin Radiological Association (Austin, TX)
- Charlotte Radiology (Charlotte, NC)
- Diversified Radiology (Denver)
- Inland Imaging (Spokane, WA)
- Jefferson Radiology (Hartford, CT)
- Mountain Medical Physician Specialists (Salt Lake City)
- Northwest Radiology (Indianapolis)
- Quantum Radiology (Atlanta)
- Radiology Ltd. (Tucson, AZ)
- Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates (Columbus, OH)
- Southwest Diagnostic Imaging, Scottsdale Medical Imaging/Valley Radiologists (Phoenix)
