Strategic Radiology appoints new COO

Radiology consortium Strategic Radiology said it has appointed a new chief operating officer (COO).

Randal Roat will move from his current position as vice president of radiology services for medical management professionals to the new position over the next few weeks, according to Strategic Radiology.
