Inland Imaging Associates of Spokane, WA, and Seattle Radiologists of Seattle have announced plans to combine their two professional radiology groups, effective January 1, 2013, Inland Imaging said.
The new company will have 97 radiologists and 20 nonphysician staff members, making it one of the largest professional radiology practices in the western U.S., according to Inland Imaging.
Each group will keep its individual local brand identities. Inland Imaging will continue its imaging center operations under the direction of CEO Steve Duvoisin, while Seattle Radiologists will continue to operate its outpatient diagnostic imaging center under the direction of CEO Karen Leppert. Duvoisin will be the CEO of the newly formed radiology group, Inland Imaging said.
