Digital x-ray provider New York Imaging Service of Newburgh has acquired GXC Imaging Specialists, a western New York-based medical imaging company specializing in capital equipment sales and service.
In addition to the acquisition of GXC, New York Imaging Service has completed three other dealership acquisitions over the past 12 months. These included Metropolitan Medical Imaging of Eatontown, NJ; Optimal Imaging of Holbrook, NY; and Professional Equipment Company of Guilford, CT.
The company expects to continue its expansion this year in the mid-Atlantic and New England regions.
