Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) has promoted Chief Operating Officer (COO) Rick Long to president and COO.
Long has served as CDI's COO for the past three years. With his new title, Long will focus on day-to-day responsibilities for all center operations, from the corporate support teams through CDI's national network of partnerships in communities across the U.S., according to the imaging services provider.
He will also assume responsibility for CDI's Quality Institute, a nonprofit entity founded in 2003 to define and pursue quality measures in radiology, CDI said.
In other executive news, CDI has named Mark Arnold as chief development and strategy officer. Arnold was most recently senior vice president and general manager for CDI's western zone.
