But they'd be wrong.
Although radiologists traditionally are known as the physicians who provide medical imaging services, the number of exams billed to Medicare by nonradiologist physicians is increasing -- and appears to have surpassed the amount billed by radiologists, according to Massachusetts General Hospital researchers.
