Radiology Associates of North Texas announced that effective March 31, Texas Neuroradiology and Radiological Consultants Association have finalized agreements to join Radiology Associates.
These are the fourth and fifth radiology practices to join Radiology Associates within the past six years, the firm said.
With the addition of five physicians from Texas Neuroradiology and 28 from Radiological Consultants Association, the expanded group will employ a total of 164 board-certified radiologists and 67 medical and administrative staff members.
Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, Radiology Associates of North Texas will now provide professional radiology services to 31 Dallas-Fort Worth hospitals, 26 Dallas-Fort Worth imaging centers, and more than 80 other imaging locations throughout Texas. In all, the combined group will read more than 2.5 million exams each year, the firm said.
