Jefferson Radiology and Advanced Radiology Consultants launched a new collaborative entity: Charter Radiology Network.
Through Charter Radiology Network, the two practices will develop clinical informatics and intraoperability, with initial efforts focusing on increasing quality and decreasing costs. This may include the integration of back office management services, such as traditional management services organization tasks, billing operations, and IT infrastructure consolidation and augmentation.
Charter Radiology Network will also explore technologies and processes to improve quality and access through standardized, evidence-based practices, enhanced integration, and information sharing, the firms said.
The Jefferson Radiology and Advanced Radiology Consultants clinical practices will continue to remain independent entities.
