Radiology consortium Strategic Radiology has appointed a new vice president (VP) for healthcare regulatory compliance.
John Outlaw will develop compliance tools, help the company's clients implement new compliance programs, and oversee existing programs.
Outlaw previously served as compliance officer for McKesson Business Performance Solutions in its hospital-affiliated physicians division, overseeing compliance efforts for radiology, pathology, anesthesia, emergency medicine, and emergency medical services (EMS) billing. He also served eight years at Pathology Service Assoc.
Strategic Radiology said it includes 23 private practices and represents more than 1,100 radiologists.
