US Radiology Specialists has entered into a partnership with Touchstone Medical Imaging, an outpatient medical imaging provider based in Franklin, TN.
Touchstone operates 60 outpatient imaging centers across Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Florida, Nebraska, Arkansas, and Montana, and it offers a range of imaging services including MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, and women's imaging, US Radiology Specialists said. Under terms of the partnership, Touchstone founder and CEO Pat Rice will join US Radiology's board of directors.
US Radiology said it employs more than 200 subspecialized radiologists and physician assistants who conduct 3.5 million annual reads across 30 hospitals and 80 outpatient imaging centers in nine states.
