Imaging services provider RadNet has signed a contract to acquire Kern Radiology, an outpatient radiology practice based in Bakersfield, CA.
Kern Radiology consists of five imaging centers in Bakersfield and Kern counties, and the practice offers a wide range of services, from CT and MRI exams to nuclear medicine and interventional radiology procedures. The practice additionally provides radiology services to several hospitals in the area.
