Zetta Medical Technologies has a new owner. Agiliti has acquired the medical imaging equipment services and parts provider for an undisclosed amount.
Zetta, based in Lake Zurich, IL, offers multivendor clinical engineering services, parts, and preowned equipment for medical imaging modalities that include CT, MRI, and PET/CT. The company also is a national service provider for GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, Philips Healthcare, and Canon Medical Systems (formerly Toshiba Medical Systems) equipment.
Agiliti (formerly Universal Hospital Services) provides healthcare technology management and service. It owns or manages more than 800,000 units of medical equipment for approximately 7,000 national, regional, and local acute care hospitals and alternate site providers across the U.S.
