National medical group Mednax has acquired the private Boca Radiology Group in Boca Raton, FL, Mednax's third such acquisition in the state.
Boca Radiology Group houses 36 radiologists and provides a full range of diagnostic and interventional services. The group provides reading services to at least 40 imaging centers and physician offices in nine states across the U.S. and offers imaging services to the entire Baptist Health South Florida health network.
The private radiology group will be integrated with Mednax-affiliated Radiology Associates of South Florida in Miami, the company said.
