Agfa Radiology Solutions is touting that its MyAgfaRadiologySolutions self-service portal, launched at RSNA 2023, is now available in the U.S. and Canada.
Through the portal, Agfa customers can manage all of their Agfa equipment, including requesting service and monitoring their equipment fleet. The portal also allows access to the Agfa Library, which includes user documentation, manuals, and safety instructions for the Agfa systems.
Portal users can also access the Musica Analytics dashboards, which deliver insights such as the number of images or exams done, reject rates, reasons for rejection, and dose statistics for all connected Musica workstations.
