The American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) has created a new Clinical Instructor Academy to help radiologic technologists teach students about clinical processes and procedures.
The program includes six modules, each with a panel of five veteran radiologic science clinical instructors who will discuss topics ranging from education and training to performance assessment and record keeping.
The modules cover topics such as transitioning from staff technologist to clinical instructor and remediation.
Individuals will earn at least one category A continuing education (CE) credit for each module and eight CE credits if they complete the entire series.
