The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) has named three technologists who earned honors in the 2024 "I Am the Gold Standard" program.
They include the following:
- Arianna Apodaca, radiation therapist at Austin Cyberknife in Austin, TX
- Wayne Stenzel, senior MRI technologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN
- Patrick Wojtylak, radiologic technologist at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Ohio
The honorees were selected by a committee of technologists on staff at ARRT. Criteria used by the committee include quality and safety, patient experience, and advocacy for the profession. The honorees will receive a cash prize to use toward their professional or personal development goals.
