Philips Healthcare has been awarded a multiyear agreement designating the company as a preferred service provider for clinical equipment maintenance for the entire Novation network.
The agreement names Philips as a multivendor service provider and the sole OEM for imaging equipment service and maintenance, regardless of equipment brand, according to Philips.
Novation encompasses more than 64,000 members and affiliates, including more than 2,800 hospitals, Philips said.
