Philips Medical Systems and Northcentral Technical College (NTC) in Wausau, WI, are collaborating on training courses and technology demonstrations for students, technologists, and regional healthcare facilities to expand NTC's current health program, according to the Andover, MA-based vendor.
The customized training courses will feature hands-on training with PACS, x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, and CT, Philips said. As part of the five-year agreement with NTC, Philips will install its products in the facility, as well as provide MR and CT workstations for students to analyze and edit images, the vendor said.
