The American College of Radiology (ACR) has launched a new e-learning program called ACR RADAR.
The interactive Web- and mobile-based self-assessment program allows practicing radiologists, fellows, and residents to test their knowledge in up to 11 subspecialties.
ACR RADAR is powered by Radiology Assessment and Review (RADAR) and brings images to the user via the Web at www.acr.org/RADAR or on iPad or Android devices.
The program also offers immediate scoring and a benchmarking feature that compares scores with those of other learners, ACR said. Modules may be repeated for a continuous learning experience.
ACR RADAR covers the following subspecialties:
- Breast
- Cardiac (coming soon)
- Chest
- Musculoskeletal
- Gastrointestinal
- Genitourinary
- Interventional
- Neuroradiology
- Nuclear medicine
- Pediatrics
- Ultrasound
It is approved for up to 88 continuing medical education (CME) credits (eight per panel) and equivalent self-assessment CME (SA-CME), according to ACR. Special pricing is available for ACR members.
