Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas will add its KDR Primary U-arm digital radiography and mKDR Xpress mobile X-ray systems to its Latin American modality portfolio in select countries.
The KDR Primary is a cost-effective digital radiography system designed for imaging departments that are converting from film or computed radiography systems, the company reported. The small footprint of the mobile mKDR Xpress facilitates its use in tight spaces and easy movement within emergency department bays and bedside intensive care units. Its tube-mounted graphical user interface and image preview function can help ensure clear images are visible quickly, the company added.
