Patel, who serves as medical director of the hospital's Breast Care Center, spoke with AuntMinnie.com about trends and technologies she has seen during her time in Chicago. She also talked about what breast imaging facilities can expect with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) recent mandate on breast density notification, especially when it comes to supplemental imaging's elevated role in this area.
