Jack Price, the former president and CEO of Philips Medical Systems North America, has joined the board of directors of Canadian medical device company VSM MedTech of Vancouver, British Columbia, the parent company of magnetoencephalography developer CTF Systems. Dr. Mark Gelfer, a co-founder of the company, has stepped down from the firm’s board to create a position for Price.
