Computer-aided-detection (CAD) firm R2 Technology and Stanford University’s department of radiology in Stanford, CA, will be collaborating on the development of CAD-enhanced products for the detection of lung cancer and optimized clinical workflow, said the Sunnyvale, CA-based vendor. The initiative is designed to facilitate the incorporation of Stanford’s research results into CAD products.
