CT colonography provider Colon Health Centers (CHC) of America has signed a contract with a major commercial payor to reimburse for screening CT colonography (CTC).
The company said the arrangement is the first time a major commercial payor will reimburse for screening CT colonography (also known as virtual colonoscopy) in the U.S.
The contract enables the opening of the first community-based integrated Colon Health Center on September 2, according to the company.
