Multimodality vendor Siemens Medical Solutions of Malvern, PA, is set to unveil its Axiom Artis dTC, a ceiling-mounted C-arm with flat-panel digital detector technology, at the American College of Cardiology meeting in Chicago next week. The system is targeted at cardiovascular applications.
In addition to adding flat-panel capabilities, an integrated ultrasound scanner is available as an option, while a multimodality display enables access to additional data from ultrasound, CT, or MRI, according to the company.
