Multimodality vendor Philips Medical Systems of Andover, MA, will be adding electrophysiology technology from EP MedSystems of West Berlin, NJ, to its Allura cardiac cath system under a deal announced today between the companies.
Philips will incorporate the EP-WorkMate system into Allura, giving clinicians the ability to combine medical imaging with the electrophysiology recording, stimulation, and mapping capabilities of the EP MedSystems device.
