IDC reports Asian sales

Canadian digital x-ray developer Imaging Dynamics is touting recent orders for its Xplorer digital radiography systems in Asia.

OEM partner Beijing Wandong Medical Equipment (WDM) has booked 15 orders for its Xplorer DR brand, WDM Xplorer 1000 DR. Also, IDC's dealer in China, Beijing Polycon Medical Engineering recently installed Xplorer 1500 at Nanjing 81, a large hospital in Jiangshu province.

Polycon has also received an order for Xplorer 1600 from Qinzhou People's Hospital in Guangxi province. That unit will be installed this month, according to Calgary, Alberta-based IDC.
