Canadian digital radiography (DR) developer Imaging Dynamics (IDC) of Calgary posted a slightly higher net loss for its 2007 fiscal year as revenues dropped.
For the year (end-December 31), the company posted sales of $32.4 million Canadian ($32.8 million U.S.), down 17% compared with sales of $39 million Canadian ($39.4 million) in fiscal 2006. The company registered a net loss of $14.3 million Canadian ($14.5 million) for the year, compared with $14 million Canadian ($14.2 million) in 2006.
For the fourth quarter of 2007, IDC had revenues of $8.3 million Canadian ($8.4 million), down 34% compared to sales of $12.5 million Canadian ($12.6 million) in the same period of 2006. The company posted a net loss of 10¢ per share after interest and write-downs for the most recent period, compared to a net loss of 19¢ per share in the same period of 2006.
