X-ray firms Sedecal and Suinsa to merge

Two OEM radiographic equipment suppliers, Sedecal and Suinsa Medical Systems, have reached an agreement to merge, according to the Madrid, Spain-based firms.

Both companies market medical imaging products to OEMs. Upon completion of the merger, the resulting company will operate under the name Sedecal.
