(Booth 7117) C-arm developer Ziehm Imaging of Riverside, CA, plans to highlight Vision² FD Vario 3D, an upgraded version of its Vision FD Vario 3D surgical C-arm.
Vision² FD Vario 3D features intraoperative 3D imaging and is designed for orthopedic/spine and trauma applications. The system allows for 3D imaging for multiplanar reconstruction, as well as 2D imaging; it can easily be positioned around the patient and table due to its larger C-arm opening.
The system's variable isocentric design enables the positioning of objects close to the image intensifier, and it features an open interface to all surgical navigation systems. The unit was cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in July.
