UH Cleveland Medical Center to deploy Qure.ai software

University Hospitals (UH) Cleveland Medical Center will deploy Qure.ai’s chest x-ray AI software across its network.

The software, qXR-LN, will serve as a “second read” alongside radiologists to improve detection of subtle lung nodules and generate evidence for future AI research, Qure.ai said. The partnership will bring AI-powered early detection to routine chest x-rays, flagging potentially cancerous lung nodules earlier and helping identify high-risk patients, the company said.

UH is a network of 21 hospitals and more than 50 health centers and outpatient facilities, with over 200 physician offices in 16 counties throughout northern Ohio.
