NEW ORLEANS - PET services provider Molecular Imaging is planning to offer mobile PET/CT services in the Northeast region of the U.S., according to the San Diego-based firm. The company has also launched an educational campaign to showcase the applications and benefits of nuclear medicine technology using a special-purpose 42-foot mobile coach.
The mobile educational resource, with the support of the Society of Nuclear Medicine (SNM), will travel to universities and hospitals throughout the U.S. in a tour that is anticipated to conclude at the SNM’s annual meeting in Philadelphia next year.
