Medical imaging and molecular marker services provider Synarc has completed its acquisition of IoDP Medical Imaging Research, a Paris-based company that provides medical imaging services for use in clinical trials.
IoDP focuses on trials involving cardiovascular diseases, stroke, and other indications such as asthma, contrast media studies, and retinal angiography analysis, according to Synarc of Maynard, MA. Synarc also provides its services for global clinical trials.
The deal broadens Synarc's therapeutic focus and adds a software tool for image analysis, Synarc said. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
