Eastern Isotopes to launch dementia PET training program

Isotope provider Eastern Isotopes of Sterling, VA, is teaming up with training and management services provider Integrated Medical Solutions to offer a PET dementia training program.

Called JumpStart: A Dementia Program for PET, the program is a modularized CD training package. It comprises four components, including narrated clinical presentations addressing literature review, processing, and reporting approaches. JumpStart also includes actual case studies on a self-launching Hermes DICOM viewer, reimbursement and program implementation material, and quality assurance review, according to Eastern Isotopes' parent company Ion Beam Applications of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
