Siemens Healthineers has offered Novartis more than 200 million euros ($224 million U.S.) for the diagnostic arm of its Advanced Accelerator Applications molecular imaging business for F-18 fluciclovine PET exams, Reuters has reported.
Novartis bought Advanced Accelerator Applications for $3.9 billion in 2017, according to Reuters.
The Siemens/Novartis deal will close in the fourth quarter, the outlet said.
