PETNet Solutions of Knoxville, TN, has renewed an agreement with Merck in which PETNet provides PET research isotopes to the pharmaceutical company.
As part of the deal, PETNet will continue to have an option to obtain exclusive rights for new diagnostic PET probes that Merck may develop. In addition, PETNet will synthesize PET molecular probes for Merck research and development.
Merck’s program is supported from PETNet's West Point, PA, location, according to PETNet, a subsidiary of PET developer CTI Molecular Imaging.
