Cytogen to raise $26 million in stock sale

Radiopharmaceutical developer Cytogen of Princeton, NJ, plans to raise $26 million in a registered direct offering of common stock. The company plans to sell 2.57 million shares of stock at $10.10 a share, with net proceeds to the company of $24 million.
