Medrad of Indianola, PA, has signed an agreement with group purchasing organization Novation that allows Medrad to supply its MR-compatible 9500 patient monitors to hospitals in the VHA and University HealthSystem Consortium networks. Both VHA and UHC buy healthcare products and supplies through Novation.
The three-year deal expands on a relationship Medrad already has with Novation covering contrast injection systems and disposables. The 9500 monitors will be available in different configurations for anesthesia, cardiac, and basic vital signs monitoring.
