iCAD finalizes CAD Sciences buy

Computer-aided detection (CAD) firm iCAD has completed its acquisition of MRI CAD developer CAD Sciences of White Plains, NY.

The Nashua, NH-based firm paid $5 million for CAD Sciences, including $2 million in cash and 1.1 million shares of iCAD common stock.
