Cancer treatment firm US Oncology of Houston reported revenue of $525 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2004 (end-March 31), a 17.4% increase compared with the $447.2 million it posted for the same period in 2003.
Net income for the period also surged forward, with $20.1 million posted for the quarter, a 23.8% leap compared with the $16.3 million of income shown in the first quarter of 2003.
