The Radiation Management Services division of Cardinal Health has introduced IntelliCheck, a device that performs a daily quality-assurance check of the radiation therapy beam.
IntelliCheck uses air ion chamber technology and Windows CE-based software to perform linear accelerator quality assurance, according to the Cleveland-based firm.
In other new product developments, the company said that it is also now offering Victoreen radiation monitors as a replacement for legacy monitors.
