Treatment center operator Radiation Therapy Services of Fort Myers, FL, said that it has closed on a definitive purchase agreement for a third radiation treatment center in New Jersey.
The firm has received license-transfer approval on the facility, located adjacent to Lady of Lourdes in Willingboro, NJ. With the completion of the acquisition, the center will operate under the 21st Century Oncology brand, the company said.
