Treatment center operator Radiation Therapy Services has named Dr. Paul Wallner as senior vice president. Wallner will be responsible for overseeing the Fort Myers, FL-based firm's medical policy issues, including chairing its physician advisory group.
He will also be responsible for legislative and regulatory affairs, strategic planning, hospital and medical staff relations, and national organizational affairs. Wallner comes to RTS after serving as chief of the clinical radiation oncology branch of the Radiation Research Program at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD.
