NAS to divest nontherapeutic products

Radiation therapy firm North American Scientific (NAS) has signed a definitive agreement to sell its nontherapeutic product line to Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products of Berlin.

The transaction, valued at approximately $6 million, is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close by September 5, according to the Chatsworth, CA-based firm.
