Aurora gets 510(k) for RODEO breast imaging

Breast MRI developer Aurora Imaging Technology of North Andover, MA, has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration 510(k) marketing clearance for its rotating delivery of excitation off-resonance (RODEO) breast imaging method. The proprietary fat-suppressed, high-resolution, magnetization transfer contrast imaging technique was developed and patented by Dr. Steven Harms and Duane Flamig, Ph.D., according to the company.
