Breast cancer interventional device company SenoRx said that it has received a transitional device pass-through reimbursement code for its tissue localization excision medical device products from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The new code, C1819, will be effective January 1, 2004, and will apply to the Aliso Viejo, CA-based company’s SenoRx Anchor Guide device.
