MRI Devices will be debuting a breast MRI computer-aided detection system at next week’s 2003 RSNA meeting in Chicago. DynaCAD consists of five modules, according to the Waukesha, WI-based vendor.
DynaMatch provides automatic 2-D/3-D image registration for suppression of image motion artifacts and image subtraction, while DynaMap offers functional color maps to visualize contrast enhancement in the assessment of tumor angiogenesis, MRI Devices said. DynaMIP allows users to perform dynamic maximum intensity projections for interactive, functional 3-D visualization.
DynaFlow provides interactive access to contrast enhancement kinetic data, while DynaLoc automatically calculates target coordinates for MR-guided interventions. A set of reporting tools can be accessed from a DynaCAD workstation or any networked PACS viewing system, according to the company.
