GE Medical Systems has received Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance for its Seno Advantage multimodality breast imaging review workstation.
The workstation gives radiologists access to over 30 breast cancer detection tools and applications, according to the Waukesha, WI-based vendor.
Built from GE’s Advantage workstation platform, Seno Advantage includes three monitors. Two are high-resolution grayscale monitors for full-field digital mammography (FFDM) viewing and one is a color display for viewing of multimodality images and Advantage applications.
