Confirma inks CDI deal

MRI computer-aided detection (CAD) developer Confirma has been chosen by the Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) as its exclusive CAD solution for breast MRI, the Kirkland, WA-based firm said.

CDI has 28 imaging centers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, Washington, and Florida. The agreement between Confirma and CDI includes the immediate sale and installation of four CADstream CAD MRI systems, with the option to buy additional systems as CDI adds more sites throughout the U.S., Confirma said.
